Report a COVID-19-related absences online with any digital device. You no longer need to call your school. 


When should I submit a COVID-19 report?

  • The student or employee has tested positive for COVID.
  • The student or employee has COVID symptoms after a close contact within the last 14 days.
  • The student or employee has been a close contact outside of school to someone who has tested positive.


  • If the student or employee is fully vaccinated or has recovered from COVID-19 in the last 90 days, please review the Georgia Department of Public Health Quarantine Guidance. Do not submit a report if you are not required to quarantine, unless symptomatic.
  • You do not need to submit a report if you were identified as a close contact that occurred at school. This information is already known to the school district.
  • If you are unable to report your absence online, which is preferred, you may contact your school.
