SOUTHEAST BULLOCH HIGH ATHLETIC “HALL OF FAME” NOMINATION FORM |
The following are the criteria for selecting the Alumni Hall of Fame candidates:
1. Must have graduated from high school for at least 10 years.
2. Must have participated in athletics in high school.
3. Academic record will be considered.
4. Must have displayed good citizenship in high school and other school activities.
5. Post high school accomplishments will be considered.
6. Involvement in school, community, or civic organization after completion of high school.
7. Honorary members can be inducted (Anyone serving the school as booster, exemplary coach,
or who has provided extended service to school or athletics).
8. Must be present to be inducted
9. Please submit resume’ and supporting criteria for above qualifications.
